How to get free, impartial and confidential advice

CHANGES TO SERVICE DUE TO CORONAVIRUS

In view of the latest Government Advice, we have taken the decision to cancel our drop in service with immediate effect.  We have made this decision to protect the health of our staff and volunteers and of you, our clients.

Please do not attend our drop in service at the bureau as we will not be able to see you.

Staff are available to provide a telephone and e-mail advice service to replace face to face advice.

You can contact us by telephone on 01241 870661 or you can email us on our Contact Us page.

Our Advice for Scotland website also offers a range of self-help guides that may be able to assist you with your queries. It has a dedicated page containing information related to coronavirus that may help answer some of the most common questions. This page will continue to be updated as W.H.O. guidance and Government legislation changes.

Our team of staff and volunteers are working incredibly hard to continue to provide accurate telephone and e-mail advice service.

Thank you for your understanding and patience at this time.

If you need advice, information or guidance, Angus Citizens Advice Bureau is here for you.

Phone us

Give us a call to get advice on any issues or problems you’re facing, or to arrange an appointment at the bureau.

We can help with relatively simple issues over the phone, particularly if you’re looking for a quick answer to something straight-forward.

Email us

Send us an email with information about the issue you’re having and what type of advice you would like. Email is a useful way to contact us if you don't need an answer urgently. We’ll aim to get back to you within 3-5 business days.
