If you need advice, information or guidance, Angus Citizens Advice Bureau is here for you.

The Angus CAB team can provide telephone, e-mail and face-to-face advice.

You can contact us by telephone on 01241 870661 or you can email us on our Contact Us page. Our telephone line is open Monday-Friday 10am-3pm, with a voicemail facility.

Visit Advice for Scotland website or the Money Map Tool for detailed information on a wide range of topics, including guidance on benefits, debt, money, work, housing and much more.

Our offices have set opening hours for walk-in, where details of your enquiry can be taken down and any urgent/emergency matters dealth with or you can hand over any requested documentation to the team to be copied and handed straight back to you. Our walk-in hours are:

Arbroath:

Monday, Thursday and Friday 10am-1pm.

Forfar:

Tuesday and Friday 10am-1pm.

Montrose:

Monday and Wednesday 10am-1pm

Outside of these days and times we operate an appointment only system for clients.

Our team of staff and volunteers are working incredibly hard to continue to provide advice as quickly as they can. In order to keep up with the demand for our services, all our enquiries are triaged and will be responded to accordingly. You will be advised at the first point of contact as to how long it may take for an adviser to get in contact with you.
